Hebrews 12: 1 -2 (KJ21) Therefore, seeing we also are compassed about by so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us,

²looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

1 Peter 2:21 For even unto this were ye called, because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow His steps,

1 John 2:6 (ESV) whoever says he abides in him ought to walk in the same way in which he walked.

Matthew 14: 31 – 32 (KJ21) And immediately Jesus stretched forth His hand and caught him and said unto him, “O thou of little faith, why didst thou doubt?”

Ephesian 4:2 (KJ21) with all lowliness and meekness, with longsuffering, forbearing one another in love,

Ephesian 4:2(CEV) Always be humble and gentle. Patiently put up with each other and love each other.

Ephesian 4:2 (NLV) Live and work without pride. Be gentle and kind. Do not be hard on others. Let love keep you from doing that.

Matthew 4:23 – 25 (KJ21) ²³And Jesus went about all Galilee, teaching in their synagogues and preaching the Gospel of the Kingdom, and healing all manner of sickness and all manner of disease among the people.

²⁴And His fame went throughout all Syria. And they brought unto Him all sick people who were taken with divers diseases and torments, and those who were possessed with devils, and those who were lunatic, and those who had the palsy; and He healed them.

²⁵And there followed Him great multitudes of people from Galilee and from Decapolis, and from Jerusalem and from Judea, and from beyond the Jordan.

Matthew 6:31, 33 (KJV) Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or, What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed? ³³But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.

Philippians 3:13 – 14 (KJV)Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before,¹⁴I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians 4:23 -24 (TLB) Now your attitudes and thoughts must all be constantly changing for the better. ²⁴Yes, you must be a new and different person, holy and good. Clothe yourself with this new nature.

Galatians 6:7 (MSG) 7 -8 Don’t be misled: No one makes a fool of God. What a person plants, he will harvest. The person who plants selfishness, ignoring the needs of others—ignoring God!—harvests a crop of weeds. All he’ll have to show for his life is weeds! But the one who plants in response to God, letting God’s Spirit do the growth work in him, harvests a crop of real life, eternal life.
