Luke 17:11-19 And it came to pass as He went to Jerusalem that He passed through the midst of Samaria and Galilee.

12 And as He entered into a certain village, there met Him ten men who were lepers, who stood afar off.

13 And they lifted up their voices and said, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”

14 And when He saw them, He said unto them, “Go, show yourselves unto the priests.” And it came to pass that as they went, they were cleansed.

15 And one of them when he saw that he was healed, turned back and with a loud voice glorified God,

16 and fell down on his face at His feet, giving Him thanks; and he was a Samaritan.

17 And Jesus answering said, “Were there not ten cleansed? But where are the nine?

18 There are none found that returned to give glory to God, save this stranger.”

19 And He said unto him, “Arise; go thy way. Thy faith hath made thee whole.”

Cleansed = To make clean or purify.

Healed = To cure of sickness

Whole= to be rescued / saved

Stranger=foreigner citizenship

Your Thoughts form your Future!

Hebrews 12:1-2  Wherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, 2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

  •  The Attitude of Christ
  • Discipline in your thinking
  • Positive sights / Look for the good
  • Speak positive things
  • Work hard
  • Meet with believers

Genesis 1:3 (KJ21) And God said, “Let there be light”; and there was light.

James 3:3-5 Behold, we put bits in the horses’ mouths, that they may obey us, and we turn about their whole body. 4 Behold also the ships, which though they be so great and are driven by fierce winds, yet are they turned about with a very small helm, whithersoever the helmsman pleases. 5 Even so the tongue is a little member and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a wood a little fire kindleth!

Proverbs 13:3 He that guardeth his mouth keepeth his life, but he that openeth wide his lips shall meet destruction.

John 10:10 The thief cometh not but to steal and to kill and to destroy. I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

1 Corinthians 6:12 “All things are lawful unto me,” but all things are not expedient. “All things are lawful for me,” but I will not be brought under the power of any.

And the word of the Lord was precious in those days; there was no open vision. 2 And it came to pass at that time, when Eli was lying down in his place, and his eyes began to wax dim so that he could not see, 3 and ere the lamp of God went out in the temple of the Lord where the ark of God was, and Samuel was lying down to sleep,4 that the Lord called Samuel; and he answered, “Here am I.” 5 And he ran unto Eli and said, “Here am I, for thou called me.” And he said, “I called not; lie down again.” And he went and lay down. 6 And the Lord called yet again, “Samuel.” And Samuel arose and went to Eli and said, “Here am I, for thou didst call me.” And he answered, “I called not, my son; lie down again.”7 Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord, neither was the word of the Lord yet revealed unto him.

8 And the Lord called Samuel again the third time. And he arose and went to Eli and said, “Here am I, for thou didst call me.” And Eli perceived that the Lord had called the child.
