1 Samuel 16:7 (KJ21) 7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, “Look not on his countenance or on the height of his stature, because I have refused him; for the Lord seeth not as man seeth. For man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart.”
Acts 13:22 22 And when He had removed him, He raised up unto them David to be their king, to whom also He gave testimony and said, ‘I have found David the son of Jesse, a man after Mine own heart, who shall fulfill all My will.’
Psalm 14:1. 14 The fool hath said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt; they have done abominable works; there is none that doeth good.
