Please open your Bible and follow along.

Pastor Matt teaches us that “God doesn’t live in the details . . . He lives in the plan.

2 Thessalonians 1:3-6  We are bound to thank God always for you, brethren, as it is meet, because that your faith groweth exceedingly, and the charity of every one of you all toward each other aboundeth;  4 So that we ourselves glory in you in the churches of God for your patience and faith in all your persecutions and tribulations that ye endure:  5 Which is a manifest token of the righteous judgment of God, that ye may be counted worthy of the kingdom of God, for which ye also suffer:  6 Seeing it is a righteous thing with God to recompense tribulation to them that trouble you;

2 Thessalonians 3:1-3  1Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you:  2 And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.  3 But the Lord is faithful, who shall stablish you, and keep you from evil.

Deuteronomy 10:17  For the Lord your God is God of gods, and Lord of lords, a great God, a mighty, and a terrible, which regardeth not persons, nor taketh reward:

2 Corinthians 9:8  And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Psalms 68:20  He that is our God is the God of salvation; and unto God the Lord belong the issues from death.

James 1:17  Every good gift and every perfect gift is from above, and cometh down from the Father of lights, with whom is no variableness, neither shadow of turning.

Numbers 23:19  God is not a man, that he should lie; neither the son of man, that he should repent: hath he said, and shall he not do it? or hath he spoken, and shall he not make it good?

2 Corinthians 1:20  For all the promises of God in him are yea, and in him Amen, unto the glory of God by us.

Daniel 3:16-18  16 Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, answered and said to the king, O Nebuchadnezzar, we are not careful to answer thee in this matter.  17 If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thine hand, O king.  18 But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.

    Pastor Matt hit that nail on the head. I feel my spiritual life is on the right track and growing, but in my natural life, sometimes everything I touch seems to just fall apart. Imagine what God could do for us if we Trusted Him with the same Trust that Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego had!

    Trust God to be God is a very moving message that will sort to put you on the edge of your seat. Wondering if we really do trust God to be the God in our lives. Bring us to the point of just really how much do we trust God with our lives. Thanks pastor for reminding us of how much we need to put our full trust in God.

    I loved this weeks message, I pray I can always trust in God. I know we are supposed to trust in him but, sometimes it’s very hard. Just think what we could have & do if we TRUST in God at all times, so I’m trying every day to Trust in God. Thanks Pastor Matt.

    You know when you’re ask to teach you pray for leadership from the Holy Spirit. I was led to teach on patience, and what an eye opener it was while I was researching. The bottom line is, patience is no more or less, than trusting God and waiting on His timing. Standing on His Word and being unmovable. Paul said, when you have done all to stand, stand. Paul could have said it this way as well, when you have done all to stand. have patience. So let us all draw from the power within us and trust God to be God. God bless.
